EZEorder’s Privacy Statement:

We take the gathering of personal information very seriously and are committed to protecting it. We have set security procedures to ensure your information is handled responsibly and we are grateful for your trust in us and therefore will act in a trustworthy way.

What information do we gather?

Website browsers Information gathered

If just browsing our website, EZEorder will collect the same basic information that most websites gather. This is done using technologies like web server logs and cookies.

The information gathered includes the visitor’s browser type, language preference, referring site, time and date details and IP (internet Protocol) addresses.

Registered user’s information gathered

When signing up for an EZEorder account and in order to create a unique account you will need to enter your first and last name, a valid email address, telephone and mobile number. The fax number is optional. The business name, trading name and street address are also mandatory. We will ask for your businesses turnover and retain the right to collect other personal information from you, including information about your credit rating, credit card status and in some cases may require your driver’s licence.

Why do we gather your information?

The reason we do this is to improve our understanding of our visitors and to protect the security of our site.

User Information

The information gathered is for the primary purpose to identify the user but may be used to help operate, improve and optimise our website and services.

In order to create a unique user account, we need this information in order to provide the service that we do. It is also used to help identify you when using EZEorder’s site. Your email address may be used to communicate with you, but will not be shared or sold to any third party.

We also collect your personal information in order to supply you with Products, Check your credit history and your credit card balances to ensure you can purchase Products from us.

Who sees this information?

Besides our staff and contractors, we share this information with your credit card agency, credit checking agencies, the courier or carrier and debt collection agencies in order to supply you with the Products, check your credit history and pursue unpaid accounts.

 

Do I have to supply the information?

If you choose not to enter the requested information, we may be unable to open and account and supply you with the Products. We keep your information for seven years at which point we securely destroy it.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
